Enrollment

The Wellfleet Montessori Preschool guidelines require the class-selection process to include the following principles and priorities:

• Spaces are filled on a first come, first served basis. The school reserves the right to use a lottery system to select eligible applicants after all priority conditions are fulfilled.
• Children and families are not discriminated against based on their race, religion, income, cultural heritage, political beliefs, marital status, sexual orientation, or disability. Additionally, a child’s toileting ability does not impact enrollment.
• At the beginning of the school year, all children must present a signed form from a physician stating the child has received a complete physical exam within one year prior to admission. Up-to-date records of all immunizations and lead screenings are required, or in the case of religious conflict or medical reaction, a written waiver must be secured.
